In fact I am too a person like you, I prefer to keep innovating and improving in my job and always come up with new idea.<br /><br />Just wanted to share a few things that has happened in my company as well. Previously my company used to rely on google tasks for tracking and managing tasks and every one there over keeps updating their tasks as per the requirement and it was on the flow as smooth as possible. But when a task is not getting completed and the manager needs to keep eye on the same and send an alert message then manually he has to go with all the terms. <br /><br />When I joined the company I saw that the people sitting in the abroad offices faces a lots more difficulties when they have something related with employees of some other country. I then searched in the internet and found out some wonderful solution to get rid of all the high risk factors involved in the process. I introduced the <a href="http://www.replicon.com/olp/task-management-software.aspx" rel="nofollow">task management software</a> with multiple tracking options, alert messages, uploading files, creating to-do lists and man more and that some how made the process go in a smoother way.Ellis Thomasnoreply@blogger.com
